Hours Update - August 2021

Due to the nationwide Veterinarian shortage as well as the statewide staff shortage, Firgrove Veterinary Clinic reduced business hours on August 8, 2021.

The business will be open for phone calls, appointment scheduling, prescription pick up and patient drop off / pick up Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm and Saturday 8am - 5pm. The building remains closed on Sundays.

Doctors are scheduled in the building Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm.

We continue to be unable to accept new patients at this time. Emergencies before 8am and after 6pm are routed to the emergency facilities in the area. Though we will do our best to accommodate all of our patients, with three doctors, we are not always able to do so. If it's recommended that you take your pet to the emergency clinic or to a walk-in clinic, it's because that's what's in your pet's best interest at that time.

Please understand that we are doing our best to accommodate all clients and patients, but cannot accommodate all urgent cases. We will not tolerate any abuse towards our team. Name calling of and cursing at our staff will result in termination of our relationship. We have many wonderful clients and patients to serve and will not continue to serve individuals who treat our team poorly. Our team members are our most valuable asset and we need them to continue to provide the best care to our patients, your pets.

Thank you,

Firgrove Veterinary Clinic
